Teguar offers a variety of expansion boards that fit into the TP-3445 series, making it easy to add additional IOs. Options include: 4 additional USB ports, 2 additional COM ports, a power button, isolated RS-422 ports, an additional LAN port, and a Mini-PCIe slot for unique IO needs. Aluminum Die-Cast Housing

The TP-3445 series is built for harsh environments, such as manufacturing plants and production lines, where consumer-grade computers wouldn’t hold up for the expected 5-7 year lifespan of this model. These computers can withstand high and low temperatures, machine vibration, dust and air particles, and 24/7 runtime. The Die-Cast housing is stronger than stamped metal, so it will handle impacts and protect its internals better than the competition, while also being a better conductor of heat.

Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)

An optional built in battery allows up to 30 minutes of operation after primary power loss. In the event of an unexpected power outage, you will have time to properly save data and power off your computers. The battery is housed inside of the unit, so no additional space is taken up with this option. (10” screen size and larger, battery cannot coexist with PoE)

Long term Support from Teguar

We commit to producing and providing support for the TP-3445 Series until at least 2030. This means less risk of unexpected hardware changes interrupting your work, and no need to validate and spec in multiple models over the next decade. If the unit works well for you, we want to keep it that way, for a long time.

Power over Ethernet

PoE eliminates the need to run a power cord to each unit or install a power outlet near each unit. This is useful if you have a large facility and want to reduce wiring. PoE simplifies the instillation process and can save you cost and time.

Flexible Performance in a Consistent Chassis

Teguar’s TP-3445 Series has the exact same housing as our TP-2945 Series, but with the newer Apollo Lake CPU. The upgraded CPU is up to 25% faster in multi-threaded applications and 60% faster in single threaded applications, allowing you to run more intensive software programs. It also has a higher heat tolerance and a higher burst frequency, allowing it to perform smoother during short periods of intense calculations.

If you need more power, our TP-5045 series has the same housing and runs on the Intel Skylake Core i series.  Teguar is committed to making updates seamless for our customers by using the same chassis design over many generation of product.
