  2. Include as much information as possible on what issue the unit is exhibiting and what troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon submittal with an RMA number. If you do not receive an email, please inform us by emailing support@teguar.com
  4. Do not ship the item until you have received communication containing a shipping address from Teguar.
