The TP-5645 in screen sizes 12” to 21.5” offers Intel 8th Gen core i3/i5 CPUs and Windows 11 capabilities, housed in rugged die-cast aluminum. With resistive/P-capacitive touchscreen options, adaptable M.2 SSD storage, and multiple I/Os including four USB ports, it ensures industrial durability and quiet, fanless operation even in extreme temperatures.
This series features an Intel 8th Generation Core i3 processor, with the option to upgrade to a Core i5. This CPU allows for lightning-fast processing power. Industrial applications are easier and faster to use with Intel 8th gen processing.
Due to the powerful 8th Gen Intel Core i3 processor, panel mount computers in the TP-5645 Series have the capability to run Windows 11 Operating System smoothly. By requesting Windows 11 OS installation upon configurating, you can take advantage of the improved security and performance advances that Windows 11 offers.
The TP-5645 has an optional built-in battery that allows up to 30 minutes of operation after primary power loss. In the event of an unexpected power loss, UPS gives you the time needed to properly save work and shutdown. No additional space is taken up with this option, as the battery is housed inside the unit.
The Panel Mount Computer series operates with a fanless design. Due to this design, the dirt and debris often found in an industrial environment does not get into the computer system. An additional benefit of a passive cooling system that does not require a fan is that the computers are quiet while starting and operating.
Along with a powerful Intel 8th Generation CPU, this series operates on a Core i3 processor. If you need even faster processing capabilities, you have the option to upgrade your TP-5645 to run on a Core i5 processor.
This entire series can operate in climates ranging in temperatures of -20°c to 60°c. Even with a fanless design, the computers are able to work fast and efficiently in a wide range of temperatures.
The TP-5645 comes well equipped with a variety of inputs and outputs. The units include 4x USB 3.0, 2x LAN, 1x RS 232, 2x GbE RJ45, and more. With all these I/O’s, you’ll be able to connect your unit to many devices used in industrial environments. These I/Os are consistent across all of the computers in the TP-5645 Series.
This series offers a wide variety of customizations. One customizable option is upgrading to different daughter board expansions, which gives you the opportunity to add the specific I/Os you may need. The TP-5645 also includes M.2 SSD storage, which is easily accessible to swap in and out.
M.2 solid state drives (SSDs) are included in this series of panel mount computers. This leads to high-performance while minimizing module footprint. M.2 has double sided component population, which enables larger storage capacities within minimal spaces. This storage can be easily swapped in and out and requires no power or data cables, making installation complete without the need for cable management.
This series has a wide range DC 9-36V power input with a terminal block. This helps increase safety by grounding and protecting the other components in the electrical circuit.
