Teguar’s 2024 Holiday Operations

In an effort to provide our staff with an opportunity to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends this holiday season, Teguar has declared a modified holiday schedule. Teguar will be closed from December 23, 2024 through December 25, 2024, and from 12:00 PM EST on December 31, 2024 through January 1, 2025 with limited services. Normal operations will resume on January 2, 2025.
While the majority of departmental employees will be away during this period, certain essential functions will be maintained to address time-sensitive tasks. Notably, departments such as Sales and Tech Support will remain operational but in a reduced capacity.

Below are the details regarding each department for this extended holiday period.
Sales
The Teguar Sales Team will have limited availability during this holiday period. They will receive and respond to website requests, chat inquiries, and phone calls during this time. Please note that any purchase orders placed during this time will be processed during the first week of January.
Support
Teguar Support inquiries, such as website chat and help tickets, will be fielded by a single operator from December 22 – January 1. Also, RMA processing will halt for the final week of the year, resuming operations on January 2.
Supply Chain
Teguar’s Supply Chain Department will be closed for the duration of Teguar’s holiday break, which includes Shipping & Receiving. Teguar will not process any sales orders or receive/ship any orders during this extended holiday break. Please coordinate in advance with your Sales Associate (or Supply Chain team member, if applicable) if you have concerns about this downtime affecting your pending order.
Note! The Order Fulfillment queue is full for the remainder of 2024. New orders will begin being processed in 2025.
