The TWR-2920 Series has fully waterproof and rugged housing, designed for tough applications. These computers run on the Intel Celeron N2930 Quad Core CPU and are ultra-low power consumption. Available in screen sizes of 10.4" and 15", these PCs can be used to view sensor data or control machines on manufacturing and production lines that may be exposed to liquid. They are also fit for outdoor use. These computers come with M12 waterproof connectors for their LAN, RS232 and USB 2.0 ports. The TWR-2920 Series has MIL-STD-810F/G compliant enclosures, meaning they can withstand vibrations and shocks.
These computers are fully waterproof, even down to the I/Os. These PCs can withstand daily cleaning procedures, and stand strong is semi-outdoor environments with rain, mist, and fog.
The TWR-2920 series is equipped with M12 waterproof I/O ports. These include 1 x M12 with both LAN and USB integrated into a single cable, 1 x M12 RS-232 COM port, and 1 x M12 DC power input. The I/O cables are waterproof on one side where they connect to the computer, and on the other side there are standard I/O connectors such as USB Type A, RJ45 for LAN, and DB9 for COM.
Aesthetics are essential aspect of the design of the TWR-2920 series. The overall size and bezel of the unit is kept as small as possible to fit in to crowded spaces. The full flush front touch screen gives the operator the familiar look and feel of consumer devices, perfect for public kiosk applications.
