The TSC-4010 Waterproof Computer Series is available in screen sizes of 15”, 19” and 21.5”. These computers are IP66/IP69K waterproof rated and they have an innovative sealed I/O design that allows you to use standard cables. The TSC-4010 Series runs on an efficient Intel Celeron CPU and has optional TPM 2.0 hardware security. These stainless steel computers are available with P-Cap or resistive touch, and high brightness and optical bonding. The TSC-4010 Waterproof PC is ideal for food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and other cleanroom applications.

The cable gland on the back of the unit guarantees a full IP66/IP69K waterproof rating, with no extra costs for a junction box or special M12 connectors. This also allows the computer to fit more Inputs/Outputs. Each computer comes with various sized rubber grommets, which fit around different size cords and seal out water and moisture.
Other waterproof computers utilize M12 metal connectors, which take up more space than standard I/Os. With the cable gland design, the TSC-4010 Series is able to have standard I/Os and comes equipped with 2x COM, 1x Mic-in, 1x Line-Out, 2x LAN, 4x USB, and 1x DVI-I.
Standard computer brightness runs around 400 nits, which is readable in most conditions. The optinal 1000 nit brightness ensures that you can easily read data off of your computer, despite any glare from the sun or bright overhead lights.
A 1D/2D barcode scanner can be integrated right into the housing of the TSC-5010. In washdown environments, it is beneficial to integrate peripherals into your computer. This eliminates the need to find a waterproof barcode scanner, saves space, and reduces the chance of equipment breaking during washdowns.
