The TSD-45 series is available in screen sizes from 10” up to 24” and the monitors are completely sealed with an IP66/IP69K waterproof rating. They come standard with grade SUS304 stainless steel housing, which will never rust, even after years of daily wash downs, and can be upgraded to SUS316L stainless steel, which is rust proof even to salt water. Inputs and outputs include HDMI, VGA, USB, and DC Input, all of which come with M12 connectors, for a fully waterproof solution. For use outdoors, this series has optional 1000 nit high brightness, optical bonding and ambient light sensor for auto dimming. These monitors have touchscreen options including P-Cap touch, resistive touch, and a durable glass non-touchscreen. Another optional feature is integrated IP65 rated speakers, which is often used for an alarm or signal on production lines.
Maintaining durable and waterproof connections are just as important as keeping the unit impervious to particles and water. High strength zinc alloy and nickel-plated metal is used for the M12 metal connectors. The external power supply and cording is rated IP68 as well as the I/O port connector cable set provided.
Teguar's waterproof monitors are fully sealed and waterproof, even down to the I/Os. They can be placed into environments that have rain, fog, or chemical cleaning procedures. Each waterproof monitor is vacuum pressure tested, which ensures the IP66 / IP69K rating. This special inspection guarantees no leakage. An IP69K rating means the PC can handle high-pressure water jets used for washdowns.
The TSD-45 Series is rated at an IP66 waterproof and NEMA 4 protected. They are intended to function in harsh, dirty conditions and then be washed down at the end of the shift. These monitors can be sanitized as per cleaning procedures which are frequently needed for FDA regulations and for maintaining a clean room environment.
These monitors have four OSD controls on the back of the unit for quick adjustment of your display settings. They also have a touchscreen-disable button on the side. Quickly disabling the touchscreen is helpful when you need to clean the units, so you don't need to power down the monitors.
The grade 304 stainless steel housing ensures that the monitors will not rust, even if exposed to water and moisture daily. There is also an option to upgrade to grade 316L stainless steel, for settings exposed to salt water.
For use outdoors, use in factories with bright overhead lighting, or in settings with lots of sunlight, this series has optional 1000 nit high brightness, optional optical bonding and an optional ambient light sensor for auto dimming.
