The TA-Q5340 Series runs on a 1.8Ghz Qualcomm CPU utilizing the popular SnapDragon 450 platform. Available in four screen sizes, these computers are modular and customizable to your application. They also have various mounting options including a POS stand, printer stand, floor stand, and 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 VESA mounting holes. These computers (excluding the TA-Q5340-12) have a removable box PC that slides into the back of the housing, for easy maintenance and upgrades. Expansion modules can fit onto all four sides of the display. Modules include a 3-Track MSR, Fingerprint Reader, RFID Reader, 2D Barcode Scanner, 5MP Camera with microphone, and Verifone® VX820 or Ingenico payment terminals. The TA-Q5340 Series is ideal for POS and kiosk applications, as well as light industrial applications such as on a shop floor or employee check in terminal.

The TA-Q5340 Series runs on a 1.8Ghz Qualcomm SnapDragon 450 CPU. The Android Pie Operating System is a familiar interface for your employees and customers and it can be used to run your business applications and software smoothly & securely.
The TA-Q5340 Series uniquely combines a box PC and display, with an area on the back of the touchscreen that holds the box PC in place. The removable box PC allows for easier serviceability and future upgrades, without having to change the LCD. For example, if you wanted to switch your system from Android to Windows, this would be easy with the removable box PC design. This design also makes it easier and more cost effective to replace or repair just the touchscreen in the event that it's damaged by a user, a common issue in public-facing applications, such as a self-service kiosk or POS system.
You can customize the TA-Q5340 Series to be just what you need, with options for integrated peripherals on all four sides. Peripherals include MSR, Camera, RFID, Biometric modules, and Barcode scanner. This design is convenient and will look great, as it eliminates dangling cables and extra devices and even has a compact secure area to add various thermal printers.
The TA-Q5340 has a fanless cooling system, which is ideal in dusty environments or environments where you are serving food. Computer fans can clog with dust or debris, which leads to computer hardware failure. They can also push around dust, which is undesirable for a food kiosks and restaurant POS systems.
Power over Ethernet is helpful in applications such as kiosks and digital signage, as you don't have to run a power cord and ethernet cable to each unit. PoE helps reduce cabling and can make instillation easier. The TA-Q5340 series has the option for PoE module 802.3bt Type 3, 21-31W, depending on the unit size.
These computers come with a Qualcomm ARM CPU or Intel X86 CPU giving you the ability to run a variety of applications. On top of that the variety of I/O ports provide even more with up to 6x USB ports with two of them being USB Type C, 2x Powered DB9 RS232 ports, GigaLAN for fast Ethernet, and even 1x RJ11 port for cash drawer systems. These also include two proprietary FeDP connectors to connect up to 2 different displays from Teguar with a single cable to provide power, USB for touch, and even Audio.
