Customers who have purchased a 7" Athletes Go Live Camera may add on a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Warranty for their device within 30 days of purchase.

If you have purchased your 7" Athletes Go Live Camera within the last 30 days and you'd like to add on a Tier 2 Warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Click the Customize & Buy button below
  • Enter your Invoice Number
    • Your Invoice number can be found at the top of the invoice attachment in the email sent after your camera was shipped. Example: INV123456
  • Enter your camera's Serial Number
    • Your camera's Serial Number can be located in the invoice attachment in the email sent after your camera was shipped, or on the back of the camera under the barcode. Camera Serial Number should start with GY
  • Click "ADD TO CART", then "Go to Cart" to complete checkout
