Teguar 2022 Holiday Operations

Teguar-Holiday-Operations

As a way to allow our employees some extended time to relax and focus on family and friends during the holiday season this year, Teguar has announced that it will operate on a reduced holiday schedule from December 23, 2022 - January 2, 2023, returning to full operations on Tuesday, January 3.

Most departments' employees will be out of office for the entirety of this time period. However, in order to ensure certain time-sensitive tasks are handled, several of our departments, including Sales and Tech Support, will remain operational in a reduced capacity.

Below are the details regarding each department for this extended holiday period.

Sales

The Teguar Sales Team will have limited availability during the Holiday Closing period. They can receive website requests, chat inquiries and phone calls during this time, and will respond. Please note that any purchase orders placed during this time will be processed and order confirmations sent during the first week of January.

Service

Teguar tech support line inquiries (website chat and tickets) will be fielded by a single operator from December 23 - January 2. Also, RMA processing will halt for the final week of the year, resuming operations on January 3.

Shipping & Receiving

Teguar will neither ship nor receive any orders during this extended holiday break. Please coordinate with your sales associate to work out a timeline for shipment if you believe this downtime may affect a pending order you have with Teguar.

Supply Chain

Teguar's Supply Chain department will be closed for the duration of Teguar's holiday break. Please coordinate in advance with your sales associate (or supply chain assistant, if applicable) if you have concerns about this downtime affecting your pending order.

Note! The deadline for receiving in-stock orders from Teguar in 2022 is DECEMBER 7. If you wish to order in-stock inventory in 2022, your order must be placed on or before Dec. 7.
