The TS-5645 Stainless Steel HMI is the latest in a long line of Teguar’s strong and dependable waterproof computers.
Teguar’s waterproof computers often range in Ingress Protection (IP) ratings from IP65 to IP69K. The TS-5645 boasts an IP66 rating, making it ideal for wet environments where washdowns happen frequently. Similar to the likes of all of our waterproof computers, the TS-5645 is made of SUS304 Stainless Steel to create fully enclosed waterproof housing.
With the IP66 rating and SUS304 Stainless Steel, the TS-5645 has complete protection against dust and debris, along with protection against washdowns. The fully sealed housing ensures this unit can be placed wherever water is present without the worry of malfunction.
The inputs and outputs come fully sealed as well. The TS-5645 series comes equipped with 2x USB 2.0, 1x LAN, and 1x COM. To keep the unit protected from wet environments, these I/Os come with M12 waterproof connectors.
If you need more than the four I/Os listed above, this Stainless Steel HMI has the option for customizable I/Os to add. This allows flexibility to add whatever is needed to complete your project.
There is also the option to add WiFi and Bluetooth upon configuration, to ensure you have connectivity wherever this unit is located in your plant.
This HMI features an Intel 8th Generation Core i3 processor, which allows for performance advances and high-speed processing. Industrial programs and operating systems, like Windows 11, are able to run smoothly due to this powerful processing system.
Windows 11 offers performance advances and security updates and can be requested upon configuration.
The IP66 rating along with the fully sealed SUS304 stainless steel chassis makes this an ideal HMI where water, dust, or harsh chemicals are present.
