The TSC-5010 Series runs on the Intel Skylake Core i5 CPU. These computers are fully waterproof (IP66 and IP69K rated, optional IP67) and have a unique cable gland design that allows you to use standard cables. This series is available in screen sizes of 15”, 19”, and 21.5”, and with a P-Cap or resistive touchscreen. This series is also available with high brightness and optical bonding, for use outdoors, or under bright overhead lighting. The TSC-5010 Computers can be VESA mounted onto a machine, mobile cart, or arm, or they can be yoke mounted to the wall or a desktop stand. This computer is made for food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and other cleanroom applications.

The cable gland on the back of the unit guarantees a full IP66/IP69K waterproof rating, with no extra costs for a junction box or special M12 connectors. This also allows the computer to fit more Inputs/Outputs. Each computer comes with various sized rubber grommets, which fit around different size cords and seal out water and moisture.
Other waterproof computers utilize M12 metal connectors, which take up more space than standard I/Os. With the cable gland design, the TSC-5010 Series is able to have standard I/Os and comes equipped with 2x COM, 1x Mic-in, 1x Line-Out, 2x LAN, 4x USB 3.0, and 2x DisplayPort.
A 1D/2D barcode scanner can be integrated right into the housing of the TSC-5010. In washdown environments, it is beneficial to integrate peripherals into your computer. This eliminates the need to find a waterproof barcode scanner, saves space, and reduces the chance of equipment breaking during washdowns.
Standard computer brightness runs around 400 nits, which is readable in most conditions. The optional 1000 nit brightness ensures that you can easily read data off of your computer, despite any glare from the sun or bright overhead lights.
