The TP-3485 Series of Fanless Industrial All-in-One PCs is available in 15” and 12.1" touchscreen sizes. These computers run on the Intel Apollo Lake Pentium N4200 Quad Core CPU and they are built to last in harsh settings, such as factory floors, production areas and dusty manufacturing environments. They have an abundance of I/Os and high-resolution LCD touchscreens, ideal for interfacing with an ERP system, viewing sensor information and factory automation. These Industrial Panel PCs have an optional internal backup battery that lasts up to 1.5 hours, and they can be mounted to your OEM machine via the VESA mounting holes, or place them virtually anywhere on your production floor to provide a reliable, long lasting computer solution.
At first glance, the TP-3485 Series may look like a run of the mill plastic computers, but they’re anything but. The back housing of these units are made of metal and steel, with a 1/4th inch aluminum plate at the center that acts as a heatsink and sturdy base for VESA mounting. The front is made with PC+ABS-FR(40) plastic, which can withstand heavy abuse and high temperatures. Unlike consumer-grade plastic computers, the TP-3485 Series is built with industrial grade housing and made for production lines.
Despite their durability, these computers are slim and modern looking. You can choose to add the optional rear cover, which softens the edges and gives the computer a sleek, elegant look at your point-of-sale or other customer-facing application.
The TP-3485 Series is loaded with I/Os. With 6x USB, 3x COM, and 2x NIC, you’ll be able to connect this computer with multiple devices on your production line like barcode scanners, cameras, sensors and more. You won’t find such a comprehensive configuration of I/Os on a similarly priced computer.
These computers have an internal antenna for built in WiFi + BT. Eliminating protruding antennas improves the look and also removes a common failure point. With people and equipment moving constantly, any protrusion from the unit is bound to get broken off. The TP-3485 Series also has speakers built into the metal housing, so they won’t take up extra space or be damaged.
The optional internal battery lasts up to 1.5 hours. In the case of an unexpected power outage, the backup battery gives you plenty of time to back up essential data. You can also mount these computers to a cart or carry them around your facility, moving between power outlets, without having to power down the unit.
The abundant I/Os, common VESA mounting hole patterns, and rugged, fanless design make these computers suitable for a wide variety of applications around your facility. The price point of the TP-3485 Series is comparable to many plastic, consumer-grade PCs, making them some of the most cost effective industrial all-in-one computers available today.
