The TB-5545 Series of Industrial Box PCs are made with rugged steel housing and have aluminum heatsink cooling. They run on a 7th Gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPU and have various expansion options to easily customize them for your application. These mini PCs deliver maximum impact in a small form factor. The TB-5545 Series was designed for industrial environments, to perform tasks such as machine vision, edge computing, and quality control.
The TB-5545 Box PC Series features rugged housing made of aluminum and steel. These computers also have a fanless heatsink cooling system.
All three box PCs in this series have at least 6x USB, 4x Serial, 2x Video and 2x Audio ports, as well as an optional GPIO and a few other I/Os, depending on the unit.
The TB-5545 Series has several different configurations, which allows you to get just the right computer hardware for your application. The TB-5545-MVS has the most expansion options, with up to 4x PCIe Slots. The TB-5545-PCIe has 2x PCIe (x1) slot or 1x PCIe (x4) slot. The TB-5545 has no PCIe slots.
These Box PCs are compact, so they won't take up too much space on your manufacturing floor or assembly line. All of the computers in this series can be wall mounted with a wall mount kit, which can also be used to secure the computer to a table or desk. The TB-5545 and TB-5545-MVS also have the option for DIN rail mounting.
