The TB-4045 Series of Rugged Mini PCs are built to run 24/7 for years on end. The TB-4045 and the TB-4045-DIN are powerful, reliable computers, housed in a compact, rugged chassis. They are fanless and have a wide operating temperature. These industrial computers are designed for environments where heat, dust or machine vibration would be too much for a consumer-grade computer. The TB-4045 series provides durability and performance, but at a lower price point than other industrial computers. These Fanless PCs have abundant inputs/outputs and run on a quad-core Celeron CPU.
The TB-2945 Fanless Box PCs run on the Intel Celeron N2930 Quad Core CPU. There are two units in this series, the TB-2945 and the TB-2945-DIN, which can be DIN rail mounted. The two computers are mostly the same, but the DIN version has an optional GPIO, an easy-access 2.5” SATA2 HDD Bay, and all of the I/Os are on the same side. The TB-2945 has I/Os on both sides, which makes it thinner and more compact. Both computers are built with a rugged chassis and have a wide range 9V to 36V DC power input. They can operate in a wide temperature range from 0 to 50 °C (-20 to 60°C optional). The TB-2945 Series is packed with I/Os including 2x Gigabit LAN, 6x USB, 3x COM, VGA, and HDMI video outputs that support dual independent displays.
The TB-5745-PCIe is the only PC in the TB-5745 series, although customization is inherently available depending on what CPU you choose. Several models of the Intel Core-I Series 9th Generation Coffee Lake CPU are available, including an i3, i5, or i7, or for the most demanding jobs, the Xeon Options E-2278GEL or E-2278GE. Choose an i3-9100E model for fanless operation in environments where dust and dirt are present. If the need to run fanless is not an issue, opt for an i3-9100TE, an i7-9500TE, or even a Xeon CPU E-2278GE for advanced tasks like machine vision or edge computing. The i7-9700E provides balance by requiring only a single fan while still offering i7 processing power.
The TWB-2945 Waterproof Box PC runs on an Intel Bay Trail N2930 processor and is ultra-low power consumption. This rugged mini PC is fully waterproof and has M12 waterproof I/Os. This computer is IP67 and IP69K waterproof rated and built with stainless steel. The TWB-2945 is ideal for food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and clean room applications.
