The Teguar assembly line PC is designed for rugged use in production environments. The external casing includes a shatter- and crack-proof touch screen. This highly effective machinery is designed for optimum performance, streamlined productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Any sensitive components — including ribbon cables, edged connectors, and external ventilation — are excluded from the design of these computers in order to provide a completely reliable product. A manufacturing computer provides 24/7 productivity without hindrance, delay, faltering, or loss of data.
There are many benefits associated with the industrial manufacturing computer including: affordable use, reliability, easy maintenance, memory and storage, easy upgrades, adaptable software, interfacing with other devices, customizable menus, and simple and easy human interaction. Teguar’s industrial computers provide diverse machine automation opportunities to match specific needs. The ultra-slim thermal design eliminates heat dissipation problems and saves space. These computers include an integrated board and industrial grade components. They are also shock resistant, dust proof, and waterproof. These computers go through stringent testing in a number of different settings to provide nonstop operation in intense industrial manufacturing environments.
What type of touch screen do I need on my assembly line?
Teguar offers two types of touchscreens for industrial computers. Resistive touchscreens are ideal if you wear gloves in your facility. They are also a lower cost option. If you are looking for a bright, high-resolution option, you might want a projected capacitive touchscreen, which can register multiple touches at once.
