About the Series

The TS-5645 Stainless Steel HMI Computer Series is ideal for industrial environments where water, dust, or harsh chemicals are present. This series is available in four screen sizes ranging from 15” to 19”. These computers have fully sealed, grade SUS304 stainless steel housing, ideal for wet environments. The TS-5645 is IP66 rated, even down to the I/Os, making it suitable for washdowns with harsh cleaning chemicals. They run on an Intel 8th Generation Core i3 processor with Windows 11 capabilities. This series has a fanless cooling system and are able to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°c to 60°c.

Series Features

Waterproof Inputs and Outputs

The TS-5645 series comes with a variety of inputs and outputs, including 2x USB 2.0, 1x LAN, and 1x COM. These units are available with optional WiFi and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity as well as customizable I/Os. All of these I/Os are equipped with external M12 waterproof connectors, ensuring the IP66 rating.

IP66 Rating

These units are IP66 rated waterproof computers, which means there is complete protection against dust and debris, along with protection against washdowns. This computer is ideal for wet environments with the fully sealed, grade SUS304 stainless steel housing along with the IP66 rating.

Intel 8th Generation CPU

The TS-5645 series features an Intel 8th Generation Core i3 processor. This CPU allows for performance advances and high-speed processing. Industrial programs are able to run smoothly with this powerful CPU.

Windows 11 Capabilities

Thanks to the powerful Intel 8th Gen Core i3 processor, stainless steel HMI computers in the TS-5645 series have the capability to run Windows 11 operating system smoothly. You can request Windows 11 upon configuration, or you can get Windows 10 now and know you are able to upgrade to Windows 11 in the future.

Fanless Cooling System

The Stainless Steel HMI series operates with a fanless cooling system. The dirt and debris often found in an industrial environment does not get into the computer, thanks to this design. An additional benefit of a passive cooling system that does not require a fan is that the computers are quite while starting and operating.

Wide Temperature Range

The TS-5645 can operate in climates ranging in temperature of -20°c to 60°c. Even with a fanless design, the computers are able to work fast and efficiently in a wide range of temperatures.
