Excitement Builds as Teguar Incorporates New European Branch in 2025

Teguar is proud to announce that Teguar AG is officially open for business at a centrally located European office site, with operations established to serve customers both within and outside of the European Union.

A New Branch Off a Strong Foundation

As the country that our CEO and founder Jonathan Staub calls home, Switzerland is a natural fit as a base of European operations. The new branch’s physical office is in Pfäffikon SZ, situated just south of Switzerland’s capital city, Zurich. Though technically located in a different canton than Zurich, Pfäffikon is often considered an honorary subdivision of the bustling international city due to its proximity.

This location, along with a logistics hub in the Netherlands, allows Teguar to handle requests from all European countries with ease.

Impact on Customers

This announcement may have some wondering: What will the opening of Teguar AG mean for me as a customer? This is a question Teguar leadership is very accustomed to considering when making any business decision, and customers (and potential customers) will be pleased to hear of the many benefits that come along with Teguar AG’s establishment.

Teguar US HQ and Teguar Taiwan will continue to fulfill all customer requests in their respective regions in a timely fashion (or perhaps even faster, as dedicated employees have now been assigned to EU operations.) Customers and partners of Teguar AG may also enjoy the added security of knowing that we have a base of operations in Europe, meaning if/when our customers are ready for European expansion, Teguar will be ready to better assist them.

Teguar AG will keep a regular stock of demo units of all our most popular solutions, including the TP-4800 Pinnacle Panel PC Series, the TM-5900 Clarion Medical All in One Series, and many more. This leads to getting a demo into the hands of our European partners faster than ever. Furthermore, issues like international shipping costs and tariffs will not be a factor when sending units across Europe.

European customers will also enjoy faster and more efficient RMA services thanks to this establishment of a regional Teguar branch. Product and business needs can more often be addressed in person thanks to a physical location to locally host clients and partners.

In order to anticipate requests from countries both within and outside of the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc), Teguar AG has partnered with Sertronics, a trusted provider of technology repair services in both Germany and Switzerland. Through extensive collaboration and training on Teguar’s full catalog of industrial computers and medical computers, Sertronics can provide quick and reliable support in Europe.
