Teguar’s waterproof computers are built for tough environments where waterjets or strong chemicals are used for cleaning. They're fully dustproof and waterproof, ideal for food and beverage manufacturing, meat/poultry processing, pharmaceutical processing, clean room manufacturing and outdoor placements. These Waterproof PCs are built with SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and have fanless heatsink cooling systems. They are NEMA 4X rated and range in Ingress Protection (IP) ratings from IP65 to IP69K.

The TSC-7010 Series runs on the 12th Gen Intel Core i5 10-Core CPU. These computers are fully waterproof (IP66 and IP69K rated) and have a unique cable gland design that allows you to use standard cables. This series is available in screen sizes of 15”, 19”, 21.5” and 24”, and with a P-Cap or resistive touchscreen. This series is also available with high brightness and optical bonding, for use outdoors, or under bright overhead lighting. The Stainless Steel Panel PC Series is ideal for industrial applications with repeated cleanings in washdown environments. The housing of the TS-4810 is fully sealed and made with corrosion-proof stainless steel. Inside, the computer contains industrial grade components and an Intel Celeron J6412 CPU, which is Windows 11 compatible. The computers have downward facing I/Os that serve to protect the M12 I/O ports from damage, as they are less likely to get hit during the workflow of a production floor. This I/O design also allows for flush mounting to walls.
The TS-5945 Stainless Steel Series is ideal for industrial environments where water, dust, or harsh chemicals are present. The new and improved design of the computer keeps the unit moisture free, with metal M12 I/O connectors and a stainless steel chassis. Located inside the units is a powerful Intel 11th Generation Tiger Lake CPU that allows the computer to be able to run Windows 11 operating system smoothly. The TS-5945 has multiple I/Os and even comes with two optional blank M12 connectors for additional I/Os of your choice. The Stainless Steel Series is built with industrial grade components and supports a wide temperature range, to allow for placement in a variety of environments.

The TS-4510 Series is designed from the ground up to handle food processing and repeated cleanings. A full flush front means no crevices where debris and dirt can build up and the heavy duty stainless steel bezel protects the unit from impact better than the competition. These waterproof PCs have a slim design, only 2.3 inches thick. The computers have downward facing I/Os that serve to protect the M12 I/O ports from damage, as they are less likely to get hit during the workflow of a production floor. This I/O design also allows for flush mounting to walls.
The TS-5645 Stainless Steel HMI Computer Series is ideal for industrial environments where water, dust, or harsh chemicals are present. This series is available in four screen sizes ranging from 15” to 19”. These computers have fully sealed, grade SUS304 stainless steel housing, ideal for wet environments. The TS-5645 is IP66 rated, even down to the I/Os, making it suitable for washdowns with harsh cleaning chemicals. They run on an Intel 8th Generation Core i3 processor with Windows 11 capabilities. This series has a fanless cooling system and are able to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°c to 60°c.
Every Teguar waterproof computer is rated IP65 or higher. They are intended to function in harsh, dirty conditions and then be washed down at the end of the shift. At the highest level of protection, Teguar’s IP69K computers and monitors can withstand a powerful water jet at 1,450psi (99.97 bar) and a temperature of 176ºF (80ºC). All of Teguar’s waterproof computers can be sanitized as per cleaning procedures which are frequently needed for FDA regulations and for maintaining a clean room environment.

The majority of Teguar Waterproof Computers have M12 metal Input/Output connectors. These computers come with special waterproof cables that seal out water when connected to the computer. Teguar also carries waterproof computers with a sealed cable gland on the back of the unit. Our cable gland units use regular I/O cables and come with rubber grommets that seal out water.
