Unlike consumer-grade computers that require a bulky waterproof enclosure for protection from environmental conditions, Teguar designs the housing of its computers to act as its own waterproof enclosure. The stainless steel housing of Teguar's waterproof touchscreen PCs can withstand cleanings with harsh chemicals, which earns them a NEMA 4x ingress protection rating. The TSC-7010 Series runs on the 12th Gen Intel Core i5 10-Core CPU. These computers are fully waterproof (IP66 and IP69K rated) and have a unique cable gland design that allows you to use standard cables. This series is available in screen sizes of 15”, 19”, 21.5” and 24”, and with a P-Cap or resistive touchscreen. This series is also available with high brightness and optical bonding, for use outdoors, or under bright overhead lighting. The TSC-7010 computers can be VESA mounted onto a machine, mobile cart, or arm, or they can be yoke mounted to the wall or a desktop stand. This series is a great option for food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and other cleanroom applications.
The TWB-2945 Waterproof Box PC runs on an Intel Bay Trail N2930 processor and is ultra-low power consumption. This rugged mini PC is fully waterproof and has M12 waterproof I/Os. This computer is IP67 and IP69K waterproof rated and built with stainless steel. The TWB-2945 is ideal for food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and clean room applications.

The TS-4010 Series is available in screen sizes from 10" up to 22". These computers are IP69K and NEMA 4X rated, as they are designed for food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and similar types of environments. These computers come with M12 waterproof connectors made with anti-corrosion metal, to ensure the design is fully waterproof. The Intel Celeron quad-core processer is ideal for use with software frequently used in the food and beverage industry, such as ERP and MES software and other software used for live tracking of data.
The TS-5010 Series is available in screen sizes from 15" to 24". These stainless-steel computers are fully waterproof, rated IP66/IP69K, meaning they can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature water sprays. They are designed for food and pharma manufacturing facilities and similar types of settings. The TS-5010 Series runs on an Intel Skylake Core i3/i5/i7 CPU. These waterproof computers come with M12 anti-corrosive metal connectors and an optional IP68 power supply with IP67 cable set. The TS-5010 Series can be table mounted or wall mounted and it has several customizable options, so you can create the ideal configuration for your manufacturing environment.
