The TB-5085 Fanless PC is the only PC in its series. It is a compact powerhouse industrial computer you can embed as a key player in your hardware environment. At less than 9 inches wide and 2 inches thick (215x 145 x 44 mm), this embedded computer packs in a wide variety of I/O ports while minimizing power consumption. The TB-5085 will become a key player for data aggregation applications on your IIoT platform, where connectivity is key. The fanless design and rugged housing provide security that this box pc will go unharmed in industrial environments.

The TB-5085 is available with three different CPU options, so you can select the SKU most appropriate for your application. The Celeron 3955U SKU is the most cost effective option, which offers more than adequate performance for most applications. The Core i3-6100U and Core i5-6300U SKUs are available for projects where more horsepower is required.
The TB-5085 includes a variety of I/O ports to suit the needs of almost any application. These I/O ports include 3 x GbE LAN, 4 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x RS-232/433/485, 5 x RS-232, Mic-In, Line-Out, 1 x HDMI, and 1 x VGA. WiFi and Bluetooth are included by default for wireless connectivity
The small form factor of the TB-5085 computer allows for easy integration in most settings. The 215mm x 139mm x 44mm chassis offers a minimal foot print with a low profile design. The TB-5085 computer can be mounted to a wall, desktop, or other surface with the included mounting brackets.
The unique fanless thermal design of the TB-5085 computers allows them to be free of ventilation holes, so they are protected from dust and other airborne particulates. You do not have to worry about dust entering the computer, coating components, and reducing performance. The absence of moving parts and the incorporation of solid state components makes them perfect for high shock and vibration environments.
