New Fanless Panel PC Series Continues Teguar Tradition of Fast Processing in Rugged Enclosures

Teguar has always offered panel PCs built to reliably withstand the rigors of long-term operation, even in the most extreme work environments. Fanless operation and a wide range of screen sizes to choose from are also features that Teguar's customers have come to expect from each of their panel pc product lines.

With seven screen sizes ranging from 12” to 21.5” and a fanless cooling system, the newly launched TP-5645 Panel Mount Computer Series improves on previous offerings as it combines the processing power of Intel's 8th Generation Coffee Lake Core i3 CPU with the durability of rugged die-cast aluminum enclosures.

Superior Processing Power

Due to the inclusion of an Intel 8^th Generation Coffee Lake Core i3 CPU, this new fleet of panel mount computers is capable of running Windows 11. Take advantage of improved security and performance advances by requesting Windows 11 OS installation upon configuration.

The Intel 8^th Generation Coffee Lake Core i3 CPU allows for improved processing power over previous series without demanding the increased cost of Intel's top-of-the-line offerings. However, panel PCs in the TP-5645 Series can also be ordered with Core i5 CPUs by request, allowing for even more processing power if needed.

Abundant Inputs and Outputs

Panel mount computers in the TP-5645 Series come well equipped with a variety of inputs and outputs, which are consistent across all units in the series. These I/Os include 4x USB 3.0, 1x RS 232, 2x GbE Rj45, and 1x audio line.

Providing a wide variety of inputs and outputs allows for the user to connect the unit to many devices or peripherals used in production. Need an input or output not listed above? Don't worry—located on the back of the TP-5645 is additional space and slots for an optional daughter board expansion. This allows for the opportunity to add specific I/Os as required by the application at hand.

Another feature this series includes is M.2 storage, which is easily accessible to swap in or out.

Fanless Cooling System

Because the TP-5645 Panel Mount Computer Series operates with a fanless design, dirt and debris often found in an industrial environment cannot get into the interior of the PC. Even with a fanless cooling system, these computers are able to operate in climates ranging from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).
