Teguar Expands with a New Office in Taipei, Taiwan

Teguar was recently recognized in Charlotte Business Journal for our international expansion. We are excited to announce that our Taiwan office officially opened its doors in November, 2018.

Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Teguar has always had representatives working in various places throughout North America, Europe and Pacific Asia. We also work closely with manufacturers and industry partners in Taiwan, the center of the computer hardware industry. Now equipped with a new office, Derek Tseng, Business Development Manager, is building his team.

Tseng is perfectly situated to head up this new operation, he and Jonathan Staub, Teguar’s CEO, have known each other both personally and professionally for many years. Tseng has more than 15 years of industry experience spent in product management, product development, sales, and business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a masters in computer science from Eastern Washington University.

The Taiwan office will support Teguar’s growth in global markets and increase resources toward supply chain management and quality control. The location puts us in closer connection with key manufacturing and design partners as well as industry connections in Taiwan.

The opening of Teguar Taipei is a key component in Teguar’s commitment to excellence in products, service and in all business relations. As Staub’s ten-year vision unfolds, Teguar’s Taiwan office is expected to expand and support anticipated global growth.
