Jonathan Staub is the Founder and CEO of Teguar, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in the computer hardware industry. With a background in mechanical engineering, Jonathan combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial execution, bridging product innovation, engineering design, and global business strategy.
Highly skilled in business development, sales leadership, product management, and digital marketing communications, Jonathan is known as a visionary and results-driven executive. A graduate of IFA Basel Switzerland, he founded Teguar in 2010 and has grown the company into a global organization headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, with operations in Switzerland and Taiwan serving customers worldwide.
Driven by a passion for cutting-edge technology and design-led innovation, Jonathan continues to lead Teguar’s evolution in industrial and medical computing. His entrepreneurial mindset fosters a culture of excellence, agility, and long-term value creation.
Outside of work, Jonathan is a licensed helicopter pilot who enjoys global travel, charitable initiatives, and outdoor adventures with his wife and three boys, including kite surfing, wakeboarding, and snowboarding.
Corinne Staub
Co-Founder, Global VP of HR
Corinne co-founded Teguar Corporation in 2010. As Co-founder of Teguar Corporation, Corinne has held many positions within the company, including accounting, operations, marketing, and now HR, and has set lasting foundations which many of these departments have grown on. She is passionate about people and applies thoughtful effort to any initiative she is a part of. In 2006, Corinne moved from Switzerland to the US for a German industrial computer manufacturer.
Corinne is a passionate mother to three boys who like to travel the world and explore new cultures, food, music, and a good stage performance. She also enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and wake surfing. Other board member association experiences include a floor hockey club and the Swiss Society of Charlotte.
Alex Daskalow
President
Alexander Daskalow is the President at Teguar Corporation, where he is responsible for operational execution, cross-functional alignment, and long-term organizational scaling. He brings more than 15 years of experience across operations, process improvement, and business systems, with a track record of building structure and repeatable processes in growing organizations.
Alexander holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change and Development and a bachelor’s degree from Pfeiffer University. His background combines formal training in organizational effectiveness with practical, hands-on leadership experience. He is particularly focused on continuous improvement and ensuring teams have clear ownership and decision-making frameworks.
His approach to work emphasizes clarity, follow-through, and practical solutions over theory. He believes strong processes exist to support people, not slow them down, and that consistent execution is the foundation of sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Alexander values time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities.
Kevin Jones
VP of Sales and Marketing
Kevin Jones leads Teguar’s global sales and marketing efforts, bringing more than 15 years of experience building and scaling technology organizations, including over five years focused on edge and medical computing. He has worked extensively with enterprise and Fortune 500 customers, helping translate complex technologies into scalable customer outcomes.
A graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, Kevin began his career gaining hands-on product experience while spending summers with Caterpillar’s product team, where he worked on hydraulic schematics for excavators. In 2019, he relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, and focused on developing high-performing teams and driving strategic market expansion.
Kevin’s passion for technology makes edge computing a natural fit, given its wide range of applications across challenging environments. He is particularly motivated by solutions that sit at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world use cases, and he brings a strong customer-first mindset to Teguar’s sales and marketing strategy.
Under Kevin’s leadership, Teguar has expanded its portfolio of edge, industrial, and medical computing products to support customers across healthcare, manufacturing, and mission-critical environments. Teguar’s ability to deliver robust, customized computers, Panel PCs, edge servers and tablets is just one of the reasons he enjoys his role.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys hiking and fishing, cooking, reading science fiction and fantasy, traveling to new places, and spending time with his family and Great Pyrenees dog.
David Zhu-Grant
VP of Product
David Zhu-Grant is the VP of Product at Teguar, where he leads product strategy, development, and execution for rugged, industrial computing solutions—turning customer and market insights into clear roadmaps, differentiated portfolios, and scalable go-to-market plans.
He brings nearly two decades of experience building and launching technology for demanding environments, with a track record of translating real-world requirements into products that are configurable, reliable, and easy to adopt at the edge. His experience spans product line management, program management, and hardware engineering across the industrial computing and aerospace & defense sectors, giving him an end-to-end perspective—from market discovery and customer definition through design, release, and lifecycle ownership.
Prior to Teguar, he led product teams at other industry-leading organizations, evaluating opportunities, validating customer needs, and partnering across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to launch new platforms and scale existing ones. Known for an approachable, data-informed style, David is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating solutions that make customers’ work safer, faster, and more resilient.
Chris Daniels
Global VP of Operations and Finance
Chris Daniels is Global VP of Operations and Finance at Teguar Corporation, where he is responsible for operational and financial execution. He brings more than 30 years of experience across several multinational finance and operational business environments.
Chris holds a Master’s in Accounting and Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to Teguar, he oversaw finance and operations for a semiconductor and electronic components distributor serving the automotive and medical sectors. He began his professional career in consulting with a big four accounting firm.
He champions a work ethic rooted in agility and relentless passion, ensuring results regardless of the obstacles. He believes prioritizing speed and streamlining customer expectations are the primary drivers of business growth.
Chris values his relationship with God above all other things.
Derek Tseng
Manufacturing, Branch Manager – Teguar Taiwan
Derek Tseng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Masters in Interdisciplinary Multimedia, with a focus on Computer Science, from Eastern Washington University. His education and career reflect a strong foundation in engineering, systems thinking, and cross-disciplinary design.
At Teguar, Derek serves in leadership roles spanning product development, manufacturing, and global operations. He works closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to solve complex problems, drive innovation in product design, and deliver reliable, compliant solutions for industrial and medical applications. He is particularly focused on translating abstract requirements into practical, manufacturable, and scalable designs.
Derek’s approach to leadership and problem solving is deeply influenced by his faith in God. He believes wisdom, creativity, and innovation are cultivated through humility, disciplined thinking, and a willingness to seek understanding beyond technical knowledge alone.
This perspective shapes how Derek approach design challenges, decision-making, and collaboration, encouraging thoughtful innovation grounded in responsibility and purpose.

Philipp Knupp
Branch Manager – Teguar Europe
Philipp is a Sales and Marketing Professional at Teguar with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. He has been working in the industrial computer business for over 20 years and has been part of Teguar for more than 10 years, gaining extensive market knowledge and building strong partnerships with customers.
Early in his career, he discovered that his true strengths lay in communication and Sales, leading him to pursue further education as a certified Sales and Marketing Manager with a Swiss Federal Certificate.
With his experience, Philipp helping customers identify the most suitable and reliable industrial or medical computing solutions for demanding applications. His work is driven by trust, authenticity, transparency, and a focus on long-term value creation.
Outside of work, Philipp is very passionate about sports and personal performance. He practices CrossFit, constantly pushing his limits to improve his athletic abilities. He believes that “age is just a number.” Additionally, he is a windsurfing enthusiast with over 30 years of experience. Philipp loves traveling, discovering new cultures and countries, and he loves spending quality time with his family, which is the most important in life.
