Teguar’s waterproof computers are built for tough environments where waterjets or strong chemicals are used for cleaning. They're fully dustproof and waterproof, ideal for food and beverage manufacturing, meat/poultry processing, pharmaceutical processing, clean room manufacturing and outdoor placements. These Waterproof PCs are built with SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and have fanless heatsink cooling systems. They are NEMA 4X rated and range in Ingress Protection (IP) ratings from IP65 to IP69K.

Every Teguar waterproof computer is rated IP65 or higher. They are intended to function in harsh, dirty conditions and then be washed down at the end of the shift. At the highest level of protection, Teguar’s IP69K computers and monitors can withstand a powerful water jet at 1,450psi (99.97 bar) and a temperature of 176ºF (80ºC). All of Teguar’s waterproof computers can be sanitized as per cleaning procedures which are frequently needed for FDA regulations and for maintaining a clean room environment.

The majority of Teguar Waterproof Computers have M12 metal Input/Output connectors. These computers come with special waterproof cables that seal out water when connected to the computer. Teguar also carries waterproof computers with a sealed cable gland on the back of the unit. Our cable gland units use regular I/O cables and come with rubber grommets that seal out water.
