Don’t Wait—Windows 10 Going End of Life in October

LAST CHANCE—Windows 10 is approaching its end of support from Microsoft. We detailed everything you need to know in this article from last year, but here’s a quick recap:

• Windows 10 End of Life (EOL) is October 14, 2025
• Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro will no longer be eligible for updates or technical support
• Lack of updates and support can lead to security risk, performance degradation, and violation of compliance
• Windows 11 requires a minimum 64-bit device as well as TPM 2.0

As Microsoft warns, unsupported devices will no longer receive free software updates, technical assistance, or security fixes. Their recommendation? Move to Windows 11 today.

It is advisable to make the switch to Windows 11 in advance of the EOL date to allow time for installation, training, and buffer in case of unexpected delay.
