Teguar Stainless Steel computers are placed in some of the most enduring environments, like food and beverage manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical processing lines, and chemical manufacturing facilities.
Teguar carries waterproof computers in screen sizes from 12 inches all the way up to 24 inches. This series, the TS-4510, is available in 15, 19, and 22 inches.
Teguar also has various CPU options for its waterproof collection, including the Intel Core I series and Celeron. This computer runs on the Intel Apollo Lake Celeron Processor.
These computers are fanless and fully sealed. They carry an ingress protection rating of IP66 and IP69K, meaning they can withstand high pressure, high temperature waterjets, used for clearing and sanitization. Teguar uses thick rubber seals that hold up to years and years of repeatedly getting dirty and then high pressure cleaned.
Teguar stainless steel PCs are fully waterproof. You don’t need to unplug the I/Os for cleaning, or cover it when you washdown your environment. The M12 metal connectors seal out water and the stainless steel caps fit onto the IOs you’re not using. It is quick to add or remove a cable with no tools needed.
This model comes standard with a LAN port, 4 USB, 2 COM, and power input. Teguar designed this line with flexibility in mind, so you can change the ports to meet your needs.
Teguar waterproof comptuers are built with “S.U.S. 304” stainless steel that does not corrode even after years of daily washdowns. It also has the option for SUS316L stainless steel, for salt water envoiornments.
This PC has optional wifi and bluetooth and Teguar has designed a better solution for the antenna on these PCs. Teguar’s smart antenna design sits flat ontop of the computer, to prevent it from breaking off or being damaged when impacted. The antenna has rounded corners and a robust seal to keep out water.
The front bezel of the computer is full-flat, so there are no crevices where dust and debris can get trapped. This makes wiping down the front of the computer easy.
This PC is available with a resistive or projected capacitive touchscreen and it can be upgraded to high brightness display with optical bonding, for easy readability in sunlight or under bright lights.
The downward facing I/O enables you to mount it flush against a wall or VESA mount and protects the cabling. You can mount this PC virtually anywhere and it’s thin, sleek profile will look great in your environment.
