New Industrial Fanless Skylake All-in-one Computers

Charlotte, NC – Today Teguar Computers has launched its newest industrial all-in-one computers, the TP-5040 series. These units feature the 6^th generation Intel Core i3 and Core i5 Skylake processors. While the Skylake chipset was released in 2015 to consumer markets, the nature of the embedded and industrial manufacturing markets requires a longer roll-out schedule for new CPU architectures.

Teguar is the first company to offer Skylake CPUs in an industrial-grade touchscreen computer with a fanless cooling system. The fanless cooling system and rugged die-cast aluminum housing allows for safe and efficient operation of the computer in dusty or dirty environments. These fanless computers can be configured with up to 8GB of RAM. For maximum versatility, the units in this series have been designed with a wide selection of input/output ports including USB 2.0, USB 3.0, RJ-48 serial, VGA video, and RJ45 Ethernet.

The TP-5040 series can be confidently placed into a wide range of environments due to its 0ºC to 35ºC (32ºF to 95ºF) operating temperature rating and IP65 waterproof rated front bezel. Customers can choose from either a resistive or projected capacitive touchscreen; depending on the requirements of their facility. Each unit comes equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, speakers, webcam, and Bluetooth 4.0. At launch, the TP-5040 all-in-one touchscreen PCs will be available in 4 sizes; 10" widescreen (16:10 ratio), 15.6” widescreen (16:9 ratio), 18.5” widescreen (16:9 ratio), and 21.5” widescreen (16:9 ratio).
