Need a monitor that can stand up to harsh industrial environments? Teguar’s touchscreen industrial monitors come in a variety of models and sizes, meaning the perfect solution for your industrial application is just below. These heavy duty displays are built using solid die-cast aluminum and thick touch screens, leaving them impervious to dust, dirt, flying debris, and even operator abuse. Teguar even offers waterproof stainless steel monitors for environments where high temperature, high pressure water jets are necessary.
Teguar’s industrial monitors support two types of touchscreens: Resistive and Projected Capacitive, also known as ‘P-cap’. Choose a resistive touchscreen for more mild environments, or a P-cap touchscreens for harsher settings, especially those where operators will be wearing thick gloves. Both touchscreens feature flat bezels, meaning no build-up around the screen’s frame and an easy-to-clean surface, every time.
The Industrial Display Screens series from Teguar comes in three different size options ranging from 12” - 22”. This low-cost display option gives users access to high-quality visuals without compromising on performance. Its innovative 2-piece modular design facilitates easy installation and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration into any workspace. Utilizing USB-C connectivity, it effortlessly harnesses video, power, and touch capabilities from the connected device, streamlining connectivity and reducing clutter. By being VESA mountable, it offers versatile placement options, adapting to diverse environments with ease. The TD-40 series redefines the standards of efficiency and convenience in display solutions.
The TD-45 Industrial Display series is available in screen sizes from 7" - 21.5" and with PCap or resistive touchscreens. These monitors have IP66 rated front bezels, for protection from liquids and dust, they are constructed with solid die cast aluminum, and they have fanless cooling systems. The TD-45 Series has a wide range 9~36VDC power input or an optional AC-to-DC power supply. This series is available in various screen ratios and resolutions, and has the options for a 1000 nit high brightness LCD and optical bonding.
The TSD-45 series is available in screen sizes from 10” up to 24” and the monitors are completely sealed with an IP66/IP69K waterproof rating. They come standard with grade SUS304 stainless steel housing, which will never rust, even after years of daily wash downs, and can be upgraded to SUS316L stainless steel, which is rust proof even to salt water. Inputs and outputs include HDMI, VGA, USB, and DC Input, all of which come with M12 connectors, for a fully waterproof solution. For use outdoors, this series has optional 1000 nit high brightness, optical bonding and ambient light sensor for auto dimming. These monitors have touchscreen options including P-Cap touch, resistive touch, and a durable glass non-touchscreen. Another optional feature is integrated IP65 rated speakers, which is often used for an alarm or signal on production lines.
The Medical Displays Series has a state-of-the-art full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080, delivering stunning visuals with remarkable clarity. This display is FCC, CE, and 60601-1-2 compliant, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. With a fully flush IP65 front panel, it is protected against dust and water to make it suitable for many medical environments. Equipped with built-in speakers and an optional 5MP AF webcam, the TMD-65 offers convenient communication options. The anti-microbial housing ensures a hygienic environment, while the medical power supply guarantees reliable performance. Multiple inputs and outputs are included to provide a comprehensive solution for your display needs.
The TMD-25-15 is the only computer in the TMD-25 series. This medical monitor has a 15.6” widescreen projected-capacitive multi-touch screen ad is 60601-1 4th edition medically certified. The 1920 x 1080 resolution display provides high quality image reproduction for viewing patient images or electronic medical records. This healthcare monitor has both VGA and HDMI inputs for video, USB for touch, and audio for the built-in speakers. This display is more compact and light-weight than Teguar’s other medical displays. It can be mounted on a desktop stand, ergonomic arm, medical cart, or medical machine.
The TMD-10 Medical Display Series is available in screen sizes of 21.5” and 23.8”. These medical-grade monitors have USB, DVI-D, HDMI, Display, Audio Ports and built-in 1.5W stereo speakers. The TMD-10 Medical Monitors can be connected to any computer, including a medical box PC or a medical all-in-one computer. These monitors are DICOM compatible and can be mounted to a medical cart or a desktop stand. They also have an IP65 rated front bezel that can withstand daily cleanings with medical grade cleansers. The TMD-10 Series meets the latest 60601-1 4th edition medical certification and is built with antimicrobial housing.

Fanless Box Computers on the Rise
Thanks to universally adapted VESA mounting holes on the back of each of Teguar’s industrial monitors, these displays can be mounted virtually anywhere with only a simple VESA arm attachment. Or, with a perfectly cut rectangular hole cut into any panel or wall, they can even be panel mounted for watertight seal. Even our “non-waterproof” varieties have IP65-rated front bezels, meaning they’re able to withstand regular water jets with no water ingress when correctly panel mounted.
