\"TeguarCharlotte, NC<\/strong> – Teguar is welcoming growth and expansion. In 2018, four new positions were created at Teguar and in 2019, we’ll double that with eight new positions by the end of the year. Every single department at Teguar has grown, with the most significant growth being in the service department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, the service department gained an additional Service Technician who helps the team with order processing, customer support, and quality management. The department also gained a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, who manages our new warehouse space, and oversees shipping and order handling. Teguar\u2019s most experienced service technician, Will Hoffarth, has been promoted to RMA (Return Material Authorization) Team Lead, in preparation for another hire this year: RMA Service Technician. The expansion of the service dept ensures customers can continue to expect excellent USA based service and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With all the growth in the service team and volume of orders, comes an increasing need for space. Teguar recently expanded into a larger service and warehouse space to accommodate the growth. The new space is adjacent to the current service facility so workers can shift between spaces when needed. The expanded warehouse gives the service team room to organize, check-in, and prepare to ship units.  Individual work areas (pictured) have been numbered and set up in order to facilitate fast tracking for work in progress for each computer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bryce Keeney, Service Department Manager, commented \u201c2019 has brought lots of growth with the expansion of our assembly space and hiring, and the future building plans will continue that growth pattern and take us to new levels of efficiency and organization.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with many tech companies, fast growth is welcomed, but comes with challenges. Teguar’s leadership team is planning for continued growth with land acquisition and custom facilities. The plan is to build state-of-the-art facilities which will inspire and facilitate advanced computer designs. Teguar is currently in process of purchasing land and finalizing architectural plans for a new facility in 2021 and looking forward a bright future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
