Demand for Artificial Intelligence computing, including HBM (High-Bandwidth Memory) has resulted in production shifts by key suppliers. These production shifts, in combination with the increased demand in the industrial computing sector, have resulted in pricing fluctuations and supply constraints. Suppliers, including memory manufacturers and key GPU & CPU manufacturers, have strategically moved production capacity to cover the demands of the High-Performance Compute market, resulting in less production allocation for industrial storage and memory SKUs, entry-class processors, and some GPUs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As a result, a market shortage is inevitable<\/strong> as resources are pulled away from the production of standard-grade RAM that comes pre-installed in most Teguar industrial PC lines (which typically feature Intel\u00ae processors<\/a>.) We see these pricing increases for commodity storage and DRAM continuing through 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
