They can receive website requests, chat inquiries and phone calls during this time, and will respond. Please note that any purchase orders placed during this time will be processed and order confirmations sent during the first week of January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Teguar tech support line inquiries (website chat and tickets) will be fielded by a single operator from December 22 &#8211; January 1. Also, RMA processing will halt for the final week of the year, resuming operations on January 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supply Chain<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Teguar&#8217;s Supply Chain Department will be closed for the duration of Teguar&#8217;s holiday break, which includes&nbsp;<strong>Shipping &amp; Receiving<\/strong>. Teguar will not process any sales orders or receive\/ship any orders during this extended holiday break. Please coordinate in advance with your Sales Associate (or Supply Chain team member, if applicable) if you have concerns about this downtime affecting your pending order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Note! The deadline for receiving in-stock orders from Teguar in 2023 is DECEMBER 6. If you wish to order in-stock inventory in 2023, your order must be placed on or before Dec. 6.<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this short period of limited operational coverage.
