Teguar’s Quality Management System (QMS) is an essential part of our business that enables us to exceed customers’ expectations and focus on continuous improvement. Our QMS helps us monitor everything form the design and manufacture of our computers, to our order fulfillment and RMA turnaround times. Teguar is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, which was achieved through a rigorous third-party audit of our QMS and regularly scheduled audits to ensure we are compliant to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Teguar sets quality objectives that drive top-notch quality in our products, service and support.

The current quality objectives tracked are:

  • On-Time Delivery – More than 95%
  • Total Time to Customer - Less than 30 days
  • First Year Failure Rate – Less than 2%
  • RMA length – Less than 8 days

The metrics directly indicate the quality and type of service Teguar is delivering to customers. If quality objectives are not met, then a considered focus and set of formalized actions are put in place to achieve the objective. Teguar also regularly records and reviews customer feedback to get an outside view of performance. It is important for customers to understand that their input is of primary importance to Teguar.
